Join the Official 65th Anniversary Celebrations in Europe

After six years of intense fighting, World War II finally came to an end in Europe when Nazi Germany unconditionally surrendered to the Allies at a schoolhouse in Rheims, France on May 7th, 1945. A second and final surrender was signed in a villa just outside of Berlin the next day.

Known as Victory in Europe (VE) Day, May 8th remains a time of celebration and remembrance. In May 2010, you can join thousands of students, teachers and veterans to commemorate the 65th anniversary of Victory in Europe on any one of five exciting European tours.
