Volcanic Eruption in Iceland –
An update to all travellers on VE tours
The volcanic eruption that occurred in Iceland has severely affected travel throughout Europe over the last week. However, we are confident that Victory in Europe tours will depart as scheduled and we anticipate all tours will proceed exactly as planned.
We are in constant contact with Veterans Affairs, the Dutch Government and the relevant airlines to ensure everything goes according to plan and as smoothly as possible. In fact, some regular flights to Europe are starting to depart; very soon everything should be completely back to normal.
At this point in time, based on the information we have been provided, we don’t expect any issues. If circumstances change we will update all Group Leaders accordingly.
